一、主要工作

1郑校长陪同市创城办领导检查我校的创城工作;郑校长参加初一家委会成立会议,与家长共商新生军训研学旅行问题;郑校长参加新校图纸审核会议,并提出新校建设意见和建议。

2、我校到市教育局参加职称工作会议,并拟定我校的教职工竞聘方案。

3新初一年级《军训研学方案》进一步修订及发放《致家长一封信》工作;通知军训研学相关人员调课及准备工作。

4建设文明校园及创建全国文明城市档案材料准备及版面制作等工作

52016-2017学年度第二学期教师考核成绩核算及第一次公示工作

6、初四年级组织召开第一次家长会。

7安排《莱芜市第20届全国推普周活动实施方案通知》工作

8、我校各年级扎实开展“每日一研”活动。

与李校长、吴校长商议加班统计事宜,向郑校长汇报工作事宜;与元涛主任商议,联系大通公司更换办公室打印机墨盒;给各位校长、10位宣传人物发放《教师节特刊》;给全校184名在职教师整理信息,进行专业技术人员继续教育报名,发送到市教育局毕科长邮箱;到市教育局出发;签收落实市教育局基教科文件9份;督促景老师核实考勤并上报校长室,同时进行二次公示;核实宣传工作室考核并报给教务处;统计各位校长及办公室人员加班情况;到市教育局出发拿文件及证书等;收交各部门假期加班情况,上报郑校长审阅;收齐各级部考勤送交郑校长审阅;安排景老师到市教育局人事科送新招聘的教师档案,并拿回文件,向郑校长汇报;通知各位校长周三早上9:00集合到市教育局参加会议;落实市教育局岗位设置管理工作通知;到市教育局出发;拟定办公室人员目标责任书,准备例会用;安排王文利老师打扫好二楼接待室;安排李淑贞老师洗刷接待室杯子,准备周四接待事宜;调度景老师进行新教师调档工作;修改教职工考评方案,发给各位校长进行审阅,无误后进行签字工作;与李校长商议拟教职工竞聘方案等;督促收交第3周学校工作周报与菜单;按吴校长要求,做好新校设计人员的接待工作:安排景老师、邓文、李淑贞做好接待工作;落实市教育局基教科文件;调度车辆,安排徐纲老师上午与狄杰才老师到市局办理学籍,下午与徐书记到市教育局开会;通知徐纲周五上午8:30与薛校长到市教育局开会。下周:汇报、落实每天的文件通知等;做好宣传稿件的审核工作及网站内容的更新工作;督促宣传工作室人员及时拍照、报道学校举办的各项活动,同时转发到各个网站及市局办公室等邮箱;车辆调度工作;学校工作周报的督促收交及上网工作;召开办公室例会。
